01About the site and services

This is the website of 0bs.ai, a design and development studio. It presents our work and services, and provides an AI assistant — by text chat or voice — that helps scope your project, analyse files you upload and produce an indicative price estimate. We also expose parts of the service to AI tools via a connected (MCP) interface.

The site is not an offer of contract, and its content — including any estimate produced by the AI assistant — does not constitute professional advice or a binding quote. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

02Accounts and access

Parts of the service require signing in, either with a one-time code sent to your email or with your Google account; the assistant may also be used through an anonymous session. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep access to your email or Google account secure, and not to impersonate anyone else. We may suspend or close accounts, or end anonymous sessions, that breach these terms or abuse the service.

03AI assistant and estimates

The assistant's responses are generated automatically by an AI model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Price estimates are indicative only and do not bind us until confirmed in a written agreement. Conversations, voice transcripts and uploaded files are stored and processed as described in our Privacy Policy, and may be reviewed by our team to follow up on your project.

04Acceptable use

When using this site and its services, you agree not to:

• use them for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with or disrupt the site, the assistant or their infrastructure, or circumvent rate limits and other protective measures;
• upload files or submit content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or contains malicious code;
• abuse the assistant, for example to extract the underlying models or to generate content unrelated to scoping a project with us;
• copy, scrape or harvest content except as permitted by law; or
• introduce malicious code or otherwise compromise the site's security.

05Your content

You keep all rights in the content you submit — chat messages, voice input and uploaded files. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content as needed to provide the service (including processing by our AI provider) and to follow up on your enquiry. You are responsible for having the right to share whatever you submit.

06Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, logos and code — is owned by 0bs.ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our prior written consent.

07No warranty

The site, the assistant and their content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 0bs.ai does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that information or AI-generated output is complete, accurate or current.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 0bs.ai shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the assistant, or from reliance on AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

09External links

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Following such links is at your own risk.

10Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

11Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules, any dispute relating to the site falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Aix-en-Provence Commercial Court.
